Our Promise
As part of the EastGate Group, EGH committed to an integrated approach towards sustainability, incorporating a mindfulness for the global environment.
We look to ESG in our corporate values and social wellbeing. These principles are set out in the Group’s Mission, Code of Conduct and Guidelines for Conduct.

Our group made this acquisition with the surrounding community and history in mind. We retained the historic 100 Year old home and preserved the structure and overall footprint.
Completed a high-end renovation, using natural materials and local trades and keeping all the surrounding lush forest.

EGH assisted ownership in energy efficient renovations to all rooms and communal areas and using budgeting methods to reduce waste and support the operator in having more efficient use of lobby space.
